Unfortunately, a world without pain is a world without joy because we always end up in pain for the loss of what we loved.
The most we can do is to face our feelings, not bottle them up for them to explode later. Try to talk to someone about how you feel, even if it is yourself or a pet. Saying things out loud is the best way to address them, and if we can address something, we can accept it.
Most importantly, remember that you don’t have to struggle by yourself. Confide in others, confide in us. Each moment of distress will help you stand taller under the bask of the sun. You got this!

Desafortunadamente, un mundo sin dolor es un mundo sin alegría porque siempre terminamos con dolor por la pérdida de lo que amamos.
Lo más que podemos hacer es hacer frente a nuestros sentimientos, no darles una botella para que exploten más tarde. Trate de hablar con alguien sobre cómo se siente, incluso si es usted mismo o una mascota. Decir las cosas en voz alta es la mejor manera de abordarlas, y si podemos abordar algo, podemos aceptarlo.
Lo más importante es que recuerde que no tiene que luchar solo. Confía en los demás, confía en nosotros. Cada momento de angustia te ayudará a mantenerte más alto bajo el sol. ¡Tienes esto!
